.:Of Love:.
Love exists as a combination of a human’s every expressible emotion compressed into one substantial feeling of bliss and amenity. Those who embrace it reach paradise, those who break it live in regret, and those without the opportunity to feel it live a destitute and unfulfilling life. Loving means sharing a part of one’s soul, sacrificing unselfishly, listening attentively, forgiving wholeheartedly. A man lives for his partner and her happiness and fulfillment. They exist as one unit, one entity. When she smiles, her exhilaration touches him. When she cries, her pain wounds him. When she works hard to accomplish a goal, he stands by her side and helps her every step of the way. He does everything he can for her and she for him. He gives his time and his energy to cultivate a budding love into a fascinating garden to invigorate his life. When the thorns appear and the anger swells and cuts at his heart, he knows the words to soothe them, to dull away the edges and to restore the preexisting beauty. Her mistakes prove trivial in comparison to the grandeur of their relationship. Love teaches, and by loving he learns forgiveness.
Those who abandon their love or simply choose not to partake in the journey fall sharply behind those willing to give love the chance to blossom. They do not learn the true meaning of hard work and dedication. They do not learn to appreciate the moments of agreement and perfection. They live in fear of commitment, in fear of hard work, in fear of heartbreak. They do not realize that by letting fear consume them, they dissipate the rapture of love. By not taking chances and allowing themselves to experience love, those who turn away ultimately suffer for their rejection of love through a life which swiftly grows monotonous and unfulfilling. This kind of life devoid of love will never constitute true living.
