she cried for the women of the world still searching for love. she cried for her mother, who spent her whole like looking for it and instead found hate. and she cried for herself. she cried for her mistakes and for the pain she caused. she cried for the love she had that she childishly threw away. and she cried for her sister. the innocent soul brought into a would of unforgiving cruelty, a world of darkness, a world where love no longer dwelled.
and as she cried, the shower washed away her tears as if they had never fallen. she could do nothing to bring love into the world anymore, for those days were over and she no longer believed in it. |
